The terms of a considered experience

These terms govern the use of The Box Experience store and orders placed through it. The supplier is The Box Experience, 22 Hibiscus Street, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0081, South Africa. Questions may be sent to ramadikwejustice19@gmail.com.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in South African Rand. The Box Experience is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept an order when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise confirm that we can fulfil it.
Made-to-order experiences
Experiences are prepared after payment confirmation using the selections and options available at the time of order. Editorial images communicate the style and ritual of The Box Experience. Your order confirmation records the experience and personal details selected for your order.
Personalisation
You are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness and legality of recipient information, personalisation and messages submitted with an order. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate content. We may decline a request that does not meet these standards and will provide a remedy where required by law.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page and applicable law.
Limitation and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
