Delivery, considered
The Box Experience currently delivers within South Africa only. We prepare each made-to-order experience with care after payment confirmation.
Delivery charge
Tracked delivery is R99 per order. Delivery is free when the order subtotal is R1,500 or more. The available delivery option and charge are shown at checkout after you enter a South African delivery address.
Order cut-off and dispatch
Orders paid before 12:00 SAST on a business day are treated as received that business day. Orders paid after 12:00 SAST, on weekends or on South African public holidays are treated as received on the next business day. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated transit time
After dispatch, tracked delivery is estimated at 1–3 business days to major centres and 3–5 business days to extended areas. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be affected by courier coverage, weather, access restrictions, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.
Address and tracking
Please provide a complete, accessible South African delivery address and a working contact number. We may contact you if information is incomplete or delivery cannot be completed. Where tracking is available from the courier, it will be provided after dispatch.
Tax treatment
Prices and delivery charges are shown in South African Rand. The Box Experience is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT.
